I have a washer and dryer, Dryer is broken at moment, clothes line in 

back yard.

Backyard is Private with a tall fence and 24ft by 4ft above ground 

pool. Working on a Heater for it.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe, neighbors keep watch.

House is very old but maintained, has foundation leveling issues. 

Carpet in Living and Dinning area might be replaced in a few months. 

Kitchen has a New stove and More cabinets. I have Suddenlink full speed 

internet with wireless router.

Your part of bills average $75.
